Changed your mind? That's OK

Here at A-Z we wouldn't like you to get lost trying to navigate your way through complex return procedures, so we have made ours nice and simple. Our products have a 30 day money back guarantee. If your item is unused, and in its original condition and you have changed you mind, then we will give you a full refund when you return it to us within 30 days of delivery*. These guidelines do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.


How to return your products to A-Z

Please contact our Customer Service department either by email to make arrangements for the return. They will give you further instructions for returning your item(s) and issue a pre-paid returns label if the item(s) were supplied by mistake or were faulty.

*Products exempt from our 30 day money back guarantee

  • Software (including that which is supplied on a memory card with a hardware device) that was supplied to you sealed and unused and you have since broken the seal.
  • Standard paper products that have been encapsulated or mounted onto any medium.
  • Products that have been made to your specification or ones that have been clearly personalised.

Once products are returned to A-Z, we will issue a refund for the price of the product(s) to your original payment method. Geographers' A-Z Map Co. Ltd reserves the right not to refund all or part of the purchase price at our sole discretion if value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.

The refund will not included return delivery costs or the cost of the original delivery if an enhanced delivery option was selected at the original time of purchase.

We recommend that you return products in their original packaging.

For the return of high value goods, we suggest you use a traceable and insured delivery agent to return the products to us as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery of returned items.


Product(s) Supplied by Mistake, Incomplete or Faulty Delivery

Please contact our Customer Service department either by email as soon as possible (and within 30 working days at the latest) if:

  • We have supplied products to you by mistake
  • Your delivery is not complete
  • Products are damaged, faulty or have gone missing in transit

In these cases, we will arrange for the return and/or replacement of your product postage free or complete your order respectively.
