Warehouse relocation 2019/2020
We've dispatched all remaining orders for 2019 and have now closed our online store so that we can start work on relocating our stock to a new warehouse next year. We’re expecting to be open again by 20th January 2020. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Placing your order
Please use the web site to place your order. Please note that our Customer Service department is open from 9am to 4:30pm Mon - Fri for enquiries only and can not take orders over the phone.
Managing your order
If you have not received your delivery after 10 working days from receiving the Order Confirmation email from A-Z, please contact our Customer Service department by email.
Only part of my order has arrived
Please contact our Customer Service department by email stating your order number and details of any missing items.
I received my order but products are damaged or incorrect

Cancelling your order
After you have received an Order Receipt email from A-Z, you are able to cancel the order at any time before the ordered products have been dispatched from our warehouse.
The daily cut-off time for dispatching express delivery orders is 12pm (GMT), Monday to Friday. For example, if you place an order at 7pm, it will not be dispatched until the next day after 12pm.
If you would like to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact our Customer Service department by email stating your order number .
