Crown Court ChurchThe Church of Scotland, or Kirk follows the Presbyterian tradition which emerged from the Protestant Reformation of the 16th century. Though dating from 1711 this Scottish Kirk moved in 1710 to a new location in Covent Garden, land obtained from the Duke of Bedford where it has remained ever since, with the present building replacing the original in 1909.
