Admiralty Arch

This imposing triple archway structure of 1910 was built as part of the national memorial to Queen Victoria. Its central gateway is opened only for royal processions on their way between Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey and/or the Houses of Parliament. See the long view through from Trafalgar Square along the red surfaced processional way of The Mall directly to Buckingham Palace.
