Royal College of Music
Founded in 1882, the Royal College of Music is one of the world's leading conservatoires, it provides specialised education and professional training at the highest level for performers, conductors and composers.
College museum contains an internationally renowned collection of over 800 instruments from c.1480 to present day. Here also is the acclaimed Britten Opera Theatre opened 1987.
The Royal College presents an extensive calendar of concerts, operas, musical theatre shows and other events featuring both students and visiting celebrities.
