Ye Olde Cheshire Cheese

An old and little-altered inn with low oak beams, famous for its Pudding served at lunch times between October and April. Tradition has it that Dr. Johnson Boswell and Oliver Goldsmith were habitués. Rebuilt in 1667 after the Great Fire over cellars dating back to 1538.
