The New Guard and its Band forms up on the parade ground here for Changing of the Guard. They march to Buckingham Palace and arrive precisely at 11.30 am and change guard with the Old Guard. (Note: Though usually daily in summer months this is subject to change - and is usually alternate days only in winter months).
The history of the five regiments of Foot Guards is told in the Guards Museum, here also is Guards Chapel.
