Queen Victoria Memorial

Built as part of the National Memorial to Queen Victoria and unveiled in 1911. Standing directly in front of Buckingham Palace this is a sculptural group of monumental proportions, the central figure of the Queen is 13 ft high, groups on the remaining sides represent Justice, Truth and Motherhood while the whole is surmounted by a winged Victory. Designed by Aston Webb, sculptured by Brock.
