The world's highest observation wheel provides spectacular views over London from one of 32 enclosed capsules, a gradual 30 minute ride reaches 450ft above the River Thames. Since opening in March 2000 The London Eye has become an iconic landmark and a symbol of modern London and Britain, as much feat of design and engineering as fun flight over London's rooftops.
