The Goethe-Institut is the cultural institute of the Federal Republic of Germany. It promotes knowledge of the German language abroad, fosters cultural co-operation and the information centre serves as a resource for those interested in contemporary Germany, also for those interested in teaching and studying German. The Institute organises a broad variety of events to present German culture.
