Geffrye Museum

Housed in Almshouses erected in 1915 by the Ironmongers' Company, the museum comprises a series of period rooms dating from the 16th to the 20th century. Each contains furniture, domestic equipment and musical instruments that would have been typical of such rooms from middle class homes in each period.
