Placing your order

Please use the web site to place your order. Please note that our Customer Service department is able to take your order over the phone but there will be a carriage charge added.

Managing your order

If you have not received your delivery within 10 days from receiving the Order Confirmation email from A-Z, please contact our Customer Service department either by email or telephone.

Cancelling your order

After you have received an Order Receipt email from A-Z, you are able to cancel the order at any time before the ordered products have been dispatched from our warehouse.

The daily cut-off time for dispatching orders is 2pm (UK time), Monday to Friday. For example, if you order your A-Z Publication at 7pm, it will only be dispatched the next day at 2pm.

If you want to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact our Customer Service department either by email or telephone.
