Delivery disruption due to office and warehouse relocation
We will be relocating our office and warehouse on July 22nd 2014. Because of this, our warehouse will be running at a reduced capacity on Thursday 10th July and Friday 11th July when shipping of orders may be delayed. Our warehouse will be closed between Saturday 12th and Wednesday 23rd July. Although orders can continue to be placed during this period we will be unable to ship these orders until our warehouse re-opens on Thursday 24th July.
As usual, you can also buy our publications from online sellers such as Amazon and from a variety of retail outlets including WH Smith, Waterstones, local bookshops, supermarkets and forecourts.
We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and will be back to normal service as quickly as possible.
General Delivery Information
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, normally within 2 - 3 working days. UK orders, are dispatched according to weight, either by 1st class post or by Fedex 24 carrier and will normally take 1-2 working days to deliver (non A-Z maps please allow 14 days for delivery). We have no way of advising on delivery times for overseas orders, but all are sent by airmail, priced according to weight.
Mounted and laminated maps plus A-Z Wallpaper are all produced on an on-demand basis. Please allow up to 21 working days for delivery of any of these products. Unfortunately, we are unable to send mounted maps outside the UK.
Large format A4 atlases, customers should allow up to 3 - 5 working days for delivery.
For items that are dispatched by a third party and not by A-Z, customers should allow up to 7 working days for delivery.
All orders are dispatched as soon as possible; however we are unable to guarantee delivery by a particular date, as once dispatched the progress of any order is out of our control.
Non delivery or shortages MUST be notified within 10 days of placing your order in the UK and 21 days for overseas orders. We ask therefore that any shortage or non receipt of goods be notified to us before our claims period has expired. Any claim for non receipt after that period will be dealt with at the Company's discretion.
*FREE postage applies to online retail customers ONLY with a delivery address within the UK. Free postage is NOT available on flat or mounted maps. Trade customer orders are subject to our normal terms and conditions.
